Being on a Committee will require homeowners dedication to devote a portion
of their energy, time and talent in joining to help you and your neighbors.
 | Architectural Committee: This committee is to regulate the
external design, appearance and use of the homes within the community and may
do so by review and evaluation of Homeowner architectural submittals, consider
changes to the Guidelines and perform such other functions and duties as may
be imposed on it by the Board. |
 | Newsletter Committee: This committee will be responsible for
publishing a newsletter (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or whatever
timeframe is designated). Preparation for the newsletter will include
supplying articles that are of interest to the homeowners and relevant to the
community, editing, designing and printing of the newsletter. |
 | Social Committee: This committee is assigned the task of
planning events to bring the community out and hopefully create a sense of
'Community'. You'll be planning and recruiting volunteers for such
events as a Halloween costume parade, Christmas house decorating contest,
Easter Egg hunt, ice cream social, pancake breakfast, community garage sales,
etc. - whatever the committee decides. |
 | Landscape Committee (under consideration): This committee is
to regulate the external design, appearance and use of the Common Areas and
would identify problems within the community as well as suggest
improvements/changes to the common areas. The committee would be
involved in evaluating proposals received from Vendors and pass on
recommendations and suggestions to the Board. |
 |
Community Safety Committee (under consideration): This committee
would be involved with neighborhood block watches, children safety zones, make
recommendations to the board pertaining to safety issues in our area.
Also working with neighboring businesses, city officials and other programs
encouraging safety compliance for the benefit of our home owners. |
